Jeanelle Witton-Smith has been recruited by BWH Hotel Group as its new National Sales Manager, the company has announced.
Representing Best Western Hotels and Resorts Australia, SureStay Hotels and WorldHotels, she will be tasked with managing national travel agent relationships, travel management companies, corporate accounts and both regional and local sales programs. Witton-Smith is highly experienced in the travel sector, having held roles in the past with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) and HRG Group.
BWH Hotel Group Managing Director Australasia, Graham Perry, said he was pleased to welcome Witton-Smith to the organisation.
“We’re very excited to bring someone of Jeanelle’s calibre onto the team,” he said.
“With her extensive travel experience and wealth of expertise, we know that Jeanelle will be a real asset to the business.”
Perry added that the market and future outlook seemed fairly positive at the moment, with green shoots sprouting forth following the group’s addition earlier this week of Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park in the Regional NSW town of Wagga Wagga.
“We are feeling a very positive forward momentum taking place,” he said.
Witton-Smith said she was thrilled to be joining BWH Hotel Group and eager to grow the group’s footprint and assist in the recovery across the region.
