Some of the events that have taken place and are yet to take place in 2018 include a cocktail collection inspired by the popular French dining concept Diner en Blanc and its white heritage, which was celebrated at Marriott International’s Sydney properties. Furthermore, the ‘Underground Gourmet’ series afforded the opportunity for locals to interact with chefs at properties in North Queensland and the South Pacific while learning authentic local cooking techniques.

Marriott have hosted a variety of foodie-related events around Australia in 2018, with more in 2019.
