Fraser Suites Sydney will offer dedicated services for guests staying for extended periods.

Fraser Suites Sydney and Fraser Suites Perth will make up the initial front of a new sub-brand launched by Frasers Hospitality catering to the extended stay market.

The company’s new ‘Home Suite Home’ label will be used to promote longer-stay accommodation to guests looking for temporary housing or even a short-term rental. The brand will feature a dedicated concierge assigned from the point of initial contact through to the moving in process and throughout the guest’s stay.

Suites at both properties include spacious living areas, kitchens and laundry facilities. Properties also feature on-site health and wellness facilities and access to food delivery services including YouFoodz at Fraser Suites Sydney and a wide menu from Fraser Suites Perth’s Heirloom restaurant.

Promotions including a 15% reduction for stays of one week or longer will be available, rising to 25% for minimum stays of 14 nights.

Frasers Hospitality Country Manager, Matthew Rubie, said the genesis of the Home Suite Home brand emanated from feedback from extended stay guests.

“’Feeling at home’ was the overall sentiment, so we wanted this to be conveyed in the market,” Rubie said.

“In these uncertain times, we want to ensure guests have everything they could possibly need, right on their doorstep. The personalised, luxury touch of having their own concierge from day one gives guests a sense of security and an excelled level of communication.”

Further benefits for long-stay guests will include a luxury hamper delivered on arrival, free WiFi, laundry services, discounted on-site parking and weekly housekeeping service.
