IHG’s popular Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach is fresh from a multi-million-dollar re-design and the resort has never looked better.

The hotel, owned by Salter Brothers, has completed the first phase of a major “sea-change” which has seen half of the 209 guest rooms re-imagined with a fresh look, a purpose-built events centre added with eight new flexible meeting spaces, and the introduction of some brilliant food and beverage offerings, including Shutters Restaurant and Bar, and Estate, which features a kitchen, taqueria and karaoke room.

To find out more about the fresh offering, Wayfarer Host and HM Editor-In-Chief, James Gregory Wilkinson, took a walk through the hotel with Gareth Long, Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach’s General Manager and InterContinental Hotels Group’s Area General Manager for Sydney.
