A new partnership between Choice Hotels Asia-Pac and Australian Sailing will see competitors, members and support crew with preferential rates at properties across Australia during and around competitive events.
The collaboration kicked off at the recent NSW State Youth Championships at Point Wollstonecraft and will expand to cover other state competitions endorsed and licenced by Australian Sailing. Choice Hotels Asia-Pac will also put its support behind the Australian Olympic sailing team in a move designed to help preparations ahead of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, which begin in less than a year.
Suitable parking facilities for sailing equipment will also be provided by Choice as part of the deal, with many hotels already equipped to handle the necessary requirements.
