A new opening roof allows diners to bring the night sky to their experience.

Diners can opt for al fresco or indoors without moving seats as part of a newly-renovated Terrace Bar at the Hotel Urban St Leonards, which has been modernised through a $75,000 makeover.

The hotel is now welcoming guests and the public to try its equally made-over menu, which now features Braised Lamb Shank, served with bubble and squeak mash potato or Beef Bourguignon Pie served with potato parmesan mash and steamed winter vegetable. A new Tapas menu has also been unveiled as a special mark to celebrate the reopening.

Renovation works have been completed in partnership with Lifestyle Projects; Platform Furniture; Frame88 and landscaping firm Design-it. Situated on Sydney’s lower north shore, about 10 minutes north of the Harbour Bridge, a core highlight of the refreshed venue is its new opening roof, which can bring the night sky to diners when weather conditions allow.
