Mantra Group has been named the official accommodation partner for NRL Touch Football.

Dozens of NRL Touch Football events are held around the country each year and many of these events require players, referees, coaches and families to travel to the competitive events.

As part of the agreement, Touch Football Australia’s 613,000 members will receive 10 per cent off their accommodation at all 136 properties owned and operated by Mantra Group, which includes Art Series, Peppers, Mantra and BreakFree in locations across Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Hawaii. The discount is not available in conjunction with Mantra+ loyalty program discounts.

The deal, which has just been launched, will see these benefits available to members immediately for the next two years.

Mantra Group chief operating officer Tomas Johnsson says,“We at Mantra Group are looking forward to welcoming Touch Football Australia employees and members alike to our 136 hotels and know this is just the beginning of a very long and successful partnership.

“We are delighted to be launching this partnership with another proudly Australian organisation in Touch Football Australia,” he said.

Touch Football Australia CEO Steve Mitchell said the organisation is proud to be partnering with Mantra Group.

“We know our community loves to travel, whether it’s for touch footy tournaments or leisure, and we’re pleased to be able to pass on this benefit to our community,” said Mitchell.

“Players, referees, coaches, affiliates and their families can now get even better-value deals every time they travel, on a range of accommodation options – from family and business-friendly Mantra and BreakFree rooms, to the sophisticated Art Series hotels and luxurious Peppers resorts,” he said.
