Central Melbourne property Oaks on Market has completed a 10-month $3m renovation that has modernised the entirety of the apartment-style property.
The hotel’s 280 rooms, comprising range of Studio Rooms, and self-contained One and Two Bedroom Apartments. have all been updated with new carpet, window furnishings, ceiling lights, linen, sofas, soft furnishings, desks, artwork, fresh paint and revamped bathrooms.
Oaks on Market’s common areas were also upgraded during the refurbishment program.
In addition to an indoor swimming pool and well-equipped gymnasium, the hotel also features a dedicated meetings, conferencing and events space, with three versatile function venues that accommodate up to 220 guests in a variety of styles.
