Four Seasons Sydney’s Grain bar is set to celebrate this year’s Vivid Sydney festival with a glowing Dom Pérignon Luminous pop-up bar.
Starting 1 June, the street front bar will glow green each night of Vivid from 6:00pm until late, illuminated by light displays and Dom Pérignon Luminous Champagne bottles with luminescent labels.
During the pop-up, Grain will pour Dom Pérignon by the glass for AUD$50 and Dom Pérignon Luminous bottles for AUD$420.
One of the few bars in Sydney with a fireplace, Grain is a popular option for a cozy drink or nibble before, during or after exploring Sydney’s famous Vivid Light Walk, spread throughout The Rocks and Circular Quay.
In addition to Dom Pérignon Luminous offerings, Grain will serve up a menu of creative cocktails, local wine, boutique beer and some of the best bar food in Sydney.
The bar also has one of the best premium spirits lists in Australia, offering one of the largest and most geographically diverse whisky lists in the country, with 200-plus different types.
