Asia’s New World Hotels has introduced a seamless check-in experience with the launch of an electronic signature service at the properties in Manila and Dalian.

The e-signature initiative improves front desk service through the use of tablets with instant access to guests’ room reservations and registration.

To further enhance the guest experience and facilitate the check-out process, guests can opt to receive the billing statements and receipts via their email address.

By eliminating the need for paper, the new check-in procedure also serves as an effective eco-friendly initiative, as part of the hotels’ corporate social responsibility program.

Paperless check-in will follow at New World Hotels in Shanghai, Wuhan and Ho Chi Minh City, and Beijing and Guiyang opening in 2013.
