Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s President and CEO A Patrick Imbardelli says the company’s brand refresh of Parkroyal and Pan Pacific is coming along well, with solid feedback reported from guests to date.
Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at HICAP in Hong Kong yesterday (Oct 13), Imbardelli also said the company is happy with its two-brand strategy at present, despite approaches to run several new brands on behalf of owners.
