Carlson Hotels’ Chairman Marilyn Carlson Nelson was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at HICAP in Hong Kong yesterday (Oct 13), recognising what has been a stellar career in the hotel industry.
Speaking exclusively to HM on camera, Nelson said strong leadership was essential in the hotel industry, as was having strong, reputable brands.
