Proving that Australia serves some of the world’s best Thai food, the Sukhothai Bangkok has teamed up with Longrain’s co-owner and Executive Chef Martin Boetz, famous for his Modern Thai style cooking, for a series of exclusive events at the renowned 5-star hotel.
Botez’s menu is a mouth-watering blend of Thai and southern Chinese influences infused with the freshest local produce and ingredients, combining the contrasting flavours of hot, sour, salty and sweet. His resulting menu is a luscious balance of textures, flavours and aromas. The menu highlights include Betel leaves with smoked trout, galangal and trout roe; Eggnet with pork, river prawn, bean sprouts and cucumber relish.
For four days only, Boetz will present Thai/Asian-inspired cuisine in his ‘Longrain Dinner’ from 24-27 August 2011 at Celadon of The Sukhothai Bangkok.
