The nomination deadline for individuals and businesses across the hospitality industry in Australasia, New Zealand and South Pacific to put forward their best and brightest stars for recognition at the 2020 HM Awards, presented by Sealy Posturepedic, has been extended to 6pm on 19 October.
Following a successful in-person AHICE conference last month, HM has recommitted to delivering the HM Awards, backed with the support of ahs hospitality, Intrust Super, Torrens University and the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
Hundreds of nominees will contest over three-dozen categories in 2020, with individual gongs honouring the best performing Hotel Chef, Bartender, Restaurant, Concierge and many more.

Hotel awards recognising the best in each market segment will be awarded, as will recognition for hotels displaying excellent Service to the Community, Tech Innovation, MICE capability, among others.
Entries may now be submitted after creating an account at www.hmawards.com.au. This year, a limit of 300 words in free text has been applied along with a limit of five supporting documents, hyperlinks, images or videos.
Nominations will close at 6pm on Monday, October 19, with all submissions to be carefully assessed and finalists announced later in the month.
It is our intention to host an in-person HM Awards event in Sydney in late November, pending the easing of event restrictions by the New South Wales Government.
