Quest Breakfast Creek in the north-eastern inner-city of Brisbane has today changed hands with a highly experienced hotelier moving in to take control as the new franchisee of the 132-room property.
Former InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Executive Assistant Manager, Roberto Salicio, has purchased the Quest franchise from now-former operators Jenny and Tony O’Reilly, bringing more than 15 years industry experience to his new role leading the hotel.
The O’Reilly’s will remain franchisees of Quest Toowoomba and have made the decision to sell Breakfast Creek to allow a greater focus on their property in the western Queensland city, which they have held for five years. The couple will relocate to Toowoomba and will continue to grow the business there.
“Roberto brings with him over fifteen years of global experience in the hospitality sector, so we are delighted to welcome him to the network as franchisee of Quest Breakfast Creek and support his ongoing success,” said Quest Chief Operating Officer, David Mansfield.
Quest Breakfast Creek comprises a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and has developed a strong and loyal base of clients over its eight years in operation under the O’Reilly’s.
