Pullman Sydney Penrith

Independent management company Trilogy Hotels has signed a deal with Panthers Group to manage operations for the five-star Pullman Sydney Penrith.

Part of a AU$110 million Panthers Group investment, the 153-room newly-built hotel opened in August 2023 as Penrith’s first five-star hotel and currently operates under a franchise agreement with Accor.

Panthers Group, which owns the premiership-winning Penrith Panthers NRL Team, is one of Australia’s largest entertainment groups with over 125,000 members across five licensed premises and employs 650 staff.

Founded in Australia in 2023, by hospitality trio Scott Boyes, Grant Alchin and Tony Ryan, Trilogy is now Australia’s fastest-growing hotel management company, operating nearly 1,200 rooms across five hotels.

“Like Trilogy, Panthers Group understand and has demonstrated the importance of bringing the best people together, to achieve great things,” said Trilogy Hotels CEO Scott Boyes.

Western Sydney is set to benefit from major investments including the highly anticipated arrival of Western Sydney International Airport in 2026 and billions of dollars in infrastructure projects, including the Penrith Lakes’ transport links.

Panthers Group CEO, Brian Fletcher, said he is confident that this partnership will ‘set a new benchmark for success in the hospitality landscape’.

“For us, this partnership means access to Trilogy Hotels’ unparalleled experience, professionalism, and understanding of our needs, ensuring that we can deliver exceptional experiences to our guests while maximising the potential of our properties,” Fletcher said.

“With Trilogy Hotels by our side, we are poised to elevate our offerings, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth in the dynamic hospitality industry.”
