Club Wyndham Perth is set to commence a refurbishment of its 21 apartments and common area improvements later this month.
The staged project is slated to begin in April and conclude with a lobby refurbishment in late June or early July.
As part of the project, all apartments and common spaces will be repainted, and new carpets and soft furnishings will be installed, while bathrooms will undergo minor works.
“This is an exciting time for us at Club Wyndham Perth,” said Club Wyndham Perth General Manager, Jerry Estrada.
“One of the great advantages of the vacation club model is that we have a refurbishment calendar that we work to, which means this much-loved hotel receives ongoing investment in its upkeep.
“Our club refurbishments are designed to enhance the elevated and modern experience we provide for members and guests, and we look forward to seeing their reactions when we unveil it later this year.”
Inspired by Perth’s urban surrounds, the new-look apartments will feature patterned carpets, high quality vinyl in the living areas of larger apartments, as well as new furniture and feature walls.
Corridors will follow a similar design, while the lobby will adopt a more open set-up with inviting furniture, teal feature walls, hanging lighting, wooden features and new artworks.
Club Wyndham Perth is part of Club Wyndham South Pacific Club – one of the region’s leading vacation clubs – and brings in approximately 4,000 members and guests to Perth every year, who spend an estimated AU$14 million in the local economy.
