QT Melbourne is pulling back the curtain on its revamped rooftop space on Friday October 13, with a Mediterranean-inspired menu and a bold selection of cocktails.

The modern design of the Rooftop at QT includes private booths, a private lounge and outdoor bar and bespoke art.

“The inspiration behind Rooftop at QT’s transformation lies in embracing the allure of rooftop culture, providing a venue for private moments and lively parties with friends you haven’t met yet,” said QT Melbourne’s General Manager, Kristen Foat.

“The striking art installations and elevated booths, offer a fresh perspective of the lively bar scene embodying the essence of the new design, complemented with bold twists on nostalgic cocktail favourites and our flavourful new bar menu.”

Award-winning Food and Beverage Director, Chris Stock, presents a list of refreshed cocktails with bold ingredients and a touch of nostalgia.

Recently appointed Executive Chef, Nic Wood, will present a range of signature dishes from snacks to share plates, while QT’s Music Curator, Andrew Lewis, will present new playlists – heavily influenced by vintage disco, boogie, and soul with an electronic edge – designed to suit the time of day from easy listening, feel-good tracks for daytime to a revolving line-up of late-night DJs.

Award-winning designer and long-time collaborator with QT, Nic Graham, led the artistic vision for the space which features contemporary furniture, updated upholstery and modern lighting, while local artist Dwayne Hutton has created art and hand painted bespoke wallpaper to complement the setting.
