The Star Grand, River and City Suite

“From a selection of Brisbane’s grandest hotels to delectable dining, spectacular sky-high views, and unique experiences for locals and tourists alike, The Star Brisbane promises to celebrate the best of our river city.”

Celebrity chef Luke Nguyen – who has enjoyed a decade-long partnership with The Star across its Brisbane and Sydney resorts – is amongst the top chefs confirmed to headline The Star Brisbane.

Luke Nguyen, Fat Noodle

He will bring a reimagined experience of his popular South-East Asia food restaurant Fat Noodle.

“Brisbane is on the precipice of being the next foodie capital of Australia; the food offerings, the art and culture, and tourism is growing, and the city is making a name for itself in its own right,” Nguyen said.

“There’s an undeniable buzz about town that is only going to be supercharged by the opening of The Star Brisbane next year.”

The Star Brisbane is also home to a 732sqm Sports Bar – endorsed by the Brisbane Broncos – with over 100sqm of mega LED screens and surround sound, plus three exclusive VIP booths.

Food Quarter, The Star Brisbane

The Star’s signature cocktail bar Cherry – a feature of The Star’s Sydney and Gold Coast venues – will also join the precinct, offering a 360-degree bar, while Food Quarter café will offer fresh food and fast service day and night.

The Star Brisbane’s state-of-the-art Event Centre is anchored by Brisbane’s largest hotel ballroom, which has the capacity to cater for up to 2,000 guests.
