The New Zealand region of Waikato is set to welcome a new boutique accommodation this September with the opening of Te Karaka Lodge.
The 10-room new-build property in Waikaretu is located within rolling farmland of Te Karaka Stawil land designed as a contemporary farm-stay targeting the leisure and corporate retreat market.
The lodge will offer a full dining experience, spacious common areas, a swim spa and scenic outdoor areas.
Guests will have the opportunity to book exclusive use of the property.
The property has been developed by Weihai Holding Limited, the owners of beef and sheep farm Te Karaka Station, and will be managed by Aaron and Danielle Geraets – who both have strong management and F&B backgrounds.
New Zealand-owned Capstone Hotels & Resorts trading as Capstone Hotel Management will manage sales and representation.
