Australia’s leading winter playground Thredbo Resort is set for another bumper season with doors now open to ski enthusiasts.
Early-season snowfalls and ideal snowmaking conditions have seen the New South Wales ski area is heading towards another fantastic year of alpine winter sports.
“The early season snowfalls are getting skiers and snowboarders excited for a great snow season ahead,” a spokesperson said.
The resort officially opened on June 10, kicking off a massive long weekend of celebrations on and off the mountain including skiing and snowboarding, a non-stop line-up of après, dining, live entertainment, kids’ activities and more.
“Thredbo’s infamous winter events and entertainment calendar is bigger and more diverse than ever this year, with new events added to the line-up, old favourites returning and more bookings available for the hugely popular on-mountain experiences,” the spokesperson added.
