Parkroyal Parramatta is expanding its wellness offering beyond the gym and into guestrooms through a new partnership with Wellness Concierge.

Guests will have access to free and paid workouts, that cater to a range of fitness levels, through the Wellness Channel on their in-room television.

“We meet you where you are, in the comfort of your room and at your fitness level,” said Wellness Concierge Founder, Todd Brodie.

“The workouts are simple, effective and safe for all travellers to enjoy.”

Over the course of the pandemic, wellness has become a top priority for consumers with many turning to digital fitness content at home, particularly while gyms were closed.

Parkroyal Parramatta Hotel Manager, Hans Joachim, said guest demand for innovative wellness offerings continues to grow.

“It’s been a tough few years for many across multiple industries and we’re seeing an increased focus on employee wellbeing from our valued hotel guests,” he told HM.

This particular program has been in the works for some time.

“Providing a wider wellness offering has always been a vision for us,” Joachim said.

“This vision started with our previous General Managers, Michael Johnson, and Paul Flett. Through ongoing discussions with Todd, we noticed a gap in the market for wellness, and saw this as an opportunity to enhance our guests’ experience.

“I’m proud to now take the reins from those before me and provide a great product that caters to our guests needs.”
