Global fund manager Salter Brothers is expanding its development team with the introduction of Gavin Biles who has been appointed to the newly created role of Executive Development Director.
Biles brings more than 35 years’ experience to the business, having worked across core real estate sectors from acquisition through to completion.
“Gavin’s extensive property experience will be a huge asset to our already strong team,” said Salter Brothers Managing Director, Paul Salter.
“His strategic skills will no doubt prove invaluable as our growth continues.”
In this position, Biles will focus on the group’s mixed use development pipeline.
Salter Brothers Group Head of Development, Ian Devereux, said he is delighted to welcome Biles to the business.

Biles will be based in Salter Brothers’ Sydney office.
