Gatehouse Hospitality CEO, Robert Wilson

Gatehouse Hospitality has formed a strategic alliance with the UK’s largest third-party hotel management company RBH Hospitality Management.

The partnership will see the groups share expertise in areas such as training and development, health and safety, IT, building and hotel management systems and digital marketing.

Our firm is delighted to enter a meaningful alliance with RBH,” said Gatehouse CEO, Robert Wilson.

“RBH is a company that we have admired and seen as a terrific example of a leading third-party hotel manager. Their success is obvious, and we look forward to expanding our businesses together. Hotel franchising is finally gaining acceptance in this region, and this provides owners with the opportunity to benefit from the strength of established hotel brands and systems while retaining management independence. We see our alliance with RBH as a great opportunity to now share our respective expertise for the benefit of hotel owners.”

Gatehouse Hospitality – a joint venture between leading independent hotel asset management and advisory firm, Minett Prime Square, and diversified private investment and property development group, Perri Projects – currently manages properties in Queensland, Western Australia and Victoria and has a strong pipeline of new build projects.

RBH manages over 45 hotels and over 5,700 guestrooms throughout the UK. Through this shared pool of expertise, Gatehouse will be across technological advances within the hospitality industry.

Both teams are experienced in hotel operations, business development and asset management and are responsible for launching new brands, developing and implementing strategies for entering new markets, and growing businesses to capture market share.
