QT Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Dominic Rose to the position of General Manager of QT Gold Coast.
Rose joined parent company Event in 2008 and has served as General Manager of Rydges South Bank as well as Group Food and Beverage Director during that time. He brings decades of experience in food and beverage which will put him in good stead to lead QT Gold Coast’s award-winning restaurants and bars.
Meanwhile, Cian McClafferty has been named as General Manager of QT Canberra. Since joining Event in 2013, he has lead operations at the flagship QT Sydney, QT Bondi and QT Queenstown. Over the past three years, McClafferty served as General Manager at Rydges Cronulla.
Callum Kennedy, Group General Manager, QT Hotels and Resorts said he has every confidence in the growth of QT’s leadership team.
