Experienced hotel and hospitality professional, Adam Taloni, has linked up with Lancemore Group as the boutique hotelier’s new Group Director of People and Performance.
Taloni brings nearly three decades of industry experience to his new role, moving most recently from his role as General Manager at Zagame’s House. Prior to that, he served in General Manager and Area Manager roles at Ovolo Woolloomooloo and Mantra Group.
The colourful and energetic HR professional says he plans to introduce new initiatives to Lancemore Group that will position the brand to entice and retain the best talent in the industry.
“I look forward to learning in this new role and utilising my past experiences to assist the group in delivering exceptional service that Lancemore is known for,” Taloni said.
Lancemore Group CEO, Julian Clark, added that he was excited to welcome Adam to the team.
“Adam brings a creative mind and a passion around culture, talent management, employee engagement, training and delivering amazing customer experience,” Clark said.
