Maria Salazar will take charge at Wyndham Surfers Paradise as the property’s new Resort Manager, Wyndham Destinations confirmed this week.

Bringing more than a decade in hospitality and property management experience to her new role, Salazar links up with Wyndham Destinations with former experience as Hotel Manager at the boutique Hotel China and Property Manager at FV Peppers Residences. She brings extensive experience in mixed-use facilities and expertise dealing with body corporate management, which Wyndham says will help her to improve the services and facilities at its Surfers Paradise property.

Wyndham Surfers Paradise is a 192-key upscale property open to hotel guests and Club Wyndham South Pacific timeshare owners, with a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments offering views over the beach and hinterland. Guest can access facilities including a heated swimming pool, spa, gym, barbeque and alfresco recreation area, lobby lounge, café and restaurant.
