Capstone Hotel Management has successfully secured the management rights to Delamore Lodge on Waiheke Island following the change of ownership to the luxury retreat earlier this year.
The locally-owned management services company has added the property to its collection of New Zealand properties, which also includes Awaroa Lodge, Chateau Marlborough and Waitakere Resort and Spa, located outside of Auckland.
Shaped like a fish hook, Delamore Lodge wraps around the Waiheke hillside to maximise cliff-top views over Auckland Harbour and is a 35-minute ferry ride from the CBD. The boutique property features four guest suites and one apartment, with guest facilities including a day spa, multiple private dining areas, a guest lounge, infinity swimming pool with jacuzzi and an events space.
