Offering up stylish apartments in the heart of key destinations across Australia, New Zealand and Europe, Adina is all about creating a home away from home. With four new Australian hotels on the horizon over the next 12 months, Adina’s guests can expect the same reliable product and hospitality they’ve come to love delivered in these upcoming properties. Spacious studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will feature Adina’s trademark comfy living spaces, fully equipped kitchens and daily servicing in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra.

Set to be a landmark of Melbourne’s Southbank precinct, Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Southbank uses timber construction technology that has seen the hotel attain new levels in sustainable design. The 220 key apartment hotel will soon be Australia’s largest engineered timber adaptive reuse project, using carbon-neutral cross-laminated timber that is a non-toxic, renewable resource with a long life-cycle and superior strength and stability.

Melbourne will also welcome a second Adina this year, Adina Apartment Hotel West Melbourne. The 92-apartment hotel’s exquisite design incorporates elements of the rainforest and the moon, plus neon stylings of a futuristic Tron setting. The perfect inner-city escape for a little bit of R&R, the hotel will feature a 25-metre glass-backed indoor lap pool and spa with a lounge area for food and drinks service as well as an onsite wellness centre fitted with innovative treatment facilities.

Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney will light up the city skyline when it opens on George Street in late 2020. Guests can take in the glory of the city from a restaurant and bar on Level 22 while a sky lobby and reception will be located on Level 21, alongside a gym and pool area.

Last but certainly not least, Adina Apartment Hotel Canberra will place guests within easy walking distance of many main attractions including Old Parliament House, the War Museum, National Museum, National Portrait Gallery and the lively and funky Acton and Braddon precincts with their hip new bars and restaurants.
