Rahul Malhotra has packed up and headed east following his recruitment by Emporium Hotel South Bank as its new Director of Rooms at the boutique luxury Brisbane property.
Malhotra will oversee guest services in the Rooms Division in his new role, with duties including the leadership of the department at the 143-room property along with a central position in front-line guest services.
He joins the property with a strong background in customer service following stints as a Concierge and Front Office Manager at Crown Towers Perth. Other roles on Mulhotra’s CV include time at Rendezvous Perth and Assured Ascot Quays.
Emporium Hotel South Bank General Manager, Charles Martin, said Mulhotra “comes to us with a solid background in customer service and is very passionate about delivering a luxury boutique service to our domestic and international guests.”
