Hotel industry consulting firms Minett Consulting and Prime Square have merged to form a new entity combining the expertise of both firms to address the growing need for premium market advisory services in Australasia.

The new company sees the respective names amalgamated to Minett Prime Square, with offices now open in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore. Three of the founding partners of the two formerly separate organisations – Dean Minett, Robert Wilson and Arnaud Millécamps – remain in charge of the new firm.

“As members of the combined leadership team have worked together before, we believe we share very similar practices, discipline, and client-centric cultures,” said company co-founder, Dean Minett.

“We understand the importance hotel owners place on maximising returns, protecting and enhancing the value of their assets.”

The new Minett Prime Square draws on its international connections and track record of implementing strategies and launching new brands to offer clients advice at different levels of the hotel life cycle.
