Wyndham Garden Suites Spring Hill Brisbane will be the company’s third brand in the Queensland capital.

Brisbane’s inner-city suburb of Spring Hill will host the Australian debut of the Wyndham Garden Suites brand, with a 120-room development signed and scheduled to open in September 2021.

Designed for both the short and extended-stay market, Wyndham Garden Suites Spring Hill Brisbane will operate as a franchise agreement between Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and owner Image Developments.

The property will be positioned to take advantage of natural light, with guest facilities to include a swimming pool, fitness centre and onsite restaurant. Two meeting rooms will also be available for corporate and meetings use.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts South-East Asia and Pacific Rim President and Managing Director, Joon Aun Ooi, said the company was thrilled to be debuting one of its fastest-growing brands in Australia.

“Brisbane’s tourism industry is booming, with visitor expenditure surging 10 per cent in the year ending March 2019, including an impressive 15 per cent jump in international revenues, making this the perfect time to add our third brand to Brisbane.

“The launch of the Wyndham Garden brand will give even more choice to domestic and international guests travelling to Australia and we look forward to introducing the Wyndham Garden concept to even more destinations worldwide.”
