Burgeoning serviced apartment brand The Hamptons Apartments will expand its portfolio to a second Melbourne location from early October when it opens in the bayside suburb of St Kilda.
The Hamptons Apartments St Kilda will be a six-storey development offering a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments. The property will be located at 154 Chapel Street.
Each apartment features a full kitchen, with espresso coffee machines, and full laundry along with open-plan living and dining areas.
The Hamptons Apartments aims to offer a housing design emblematic of New York’s beachfront playground of the rich and famous. The Hamptons St Kilda is appropriately positioned across from Victoria’s popular seaside and positioned close to the action of Acland Street, with its bespoke cafes, restaurants and nightlife.
The Hamptons brand first launched in September 2017 with its maiden property in Nott Street, Port Melbourne – also located barely 100 metres from the nearest beach. Guest demand for a second location led the company to renew its partnership with its initial developer to construct the St Kilda property, says Bruno Torres, Corporate Keys Group Director of Business Development.
