Art Series Hotels is heading west, announcing today it will take the brand to Western Australia in the form of a $90 million development at 900 Hay Street in Perth.

Standing 27 storeys, the tower in which the hotel will be housed commenced construction in late 2017 by developer George Atzemis. The property is complete externally is estimated to be completed by late September and opened to guests in October.

Like its stablemates, Art Series Perth will be decorated in the style of a soon-to-be-announced namesake artist, with furnishings, artworks and prints reflecting the style of the artist’s work to adorning every corner of the property.

A rooftop Mediterranean lounge will serve themed plates and cocktails around a swimming pool.

Offering 250 rooms, the hotel will also offer guest facilities including a Mediterranean restaurant and bar, to be located around a rooftop swimming pool directly above Hay Street. A lobby lounge, ground floor café, fitness centre and function centre will complete the offering.

Accor Chief Operating Officer – Pacific, Simon McGrath, said the move to take Art Series west reflects the inspired boutique brand’s success and demand in Australia.
