The Balmain Paris hair and skin care range will soon be available in a wide variety of Australian hotels

Hotel bathroom amenity supplier Vanity Group has signed a deal to become the exclusive supplier and distributor of Balmain Paris Hair Couture to hotels around the world.

Through the deal, Vanity Group will provide a range of hair care products for both men and women in a range of hotel groups across Australia. Items in the entry range will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand wash and soap bar. Hotels will be able to upgrade supply orders to include optional extras such as hand cream, lip balm, face cream, bath salts, hair styling products, foot balm and foot/body scrubs. In addition to supplying bathroom amenities, Vanity’s partnership extends to branded collaborations, activations and unique events.

Vanity Group says it has received “resounding interest” from hotel groups of all sizes interested in stocking the Balmain Paris range.

Since its formation in 1945, the Balmain Paris range has evolved from a purely women’s range to an edgy unisex selection of hair and skin products. The brand is regularly seen on global catwalks at the world’s biggest fashion events, complementing the latest catwalk trends with hair accompaniments.

Vanity Group Founder and CEO Paul Tsalikis said the company was excited to partner with Balmain Paris to help develop an expanded range of hair and skin products which will appear in hotels around Australia and the world.

“It’s about exceeding the guest’s expectation. When a guest checks into a hotel, there is nothing better than having a luxury product prominently displayed in the bathroom. Hotels can make an impact and a memorable experience. Balmain Paris Hair Couture is a global brand, well respected and an integral part of our global growth. Guests expect more from their hotel stay and although the amenity is sometimes overlooked, it can either make or break a hotel stay. Balmain Paris Hair Couture has proven that they have the best products in the world and we are proud to be partners,” Tsalikis said.

Balmain Paris Hair Couture CEO Steward Guliker concurred, saying the partnership between the two organisations was a natural fit.

“Vanity Group presented a compelling case on why we should expand to amenities; the hotel space is thriving and the opportunity to showcase our brand in a new exciting way is appealing. We feel Vanity Group is the leading amenity provider and with an existing retail presence made our decision easy. We welcome the opportunity to work with leading hotel partners around the world.”
