Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne has unveiled a new look after a full refurbishment, with 11 new penthouse apartments, a revamped rooftop-view pool and entertaining terrace, and sophisticated new décor in all of its 155 apartments.

TFE Hotels CEO Rachel Argaman said: “Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne has always held great appeal thanks to its superb location, spacious rooms and excellent service.

“Now I can confidently say the hotel also boasts some of the best interiors in the market; something that gives travellers an extra reason to choose it as their other address for their next Melbourne stay.

“The idea was to transform the hotel into a space you could imagine in any cosmopolitan city in the world, whether it be New York, London or Paris. I’m happy to say we have excelled, creating a sense of modern luxury that flows right through from the lobby to the rooftop. The fact Melbourne’s laneways, best restaurants, cafes and theatres sit just outside the front door now feels like an added bonus,” she said.

The hotel has adopted a modern international style throughout, setting the tone in its elegant new lobby with a new feature fireplace that throws a warm ambience around the room, amplified by rich ebony timbers, velvet upholstery and an autumnal colour scheme.

Custom hand-painted rugs complement the artwork and winged high back chairs create private nooks to settle in with a book from the nearby shelves.

The reception desk has sophisticated black and gold Nero Tempesta marble surfaces, complementing the golden hanging feature pendants from prominent UK designer Lee Broom.

Each of Adina Melbourne’s 155 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments continue the beautiful new décor theme, with new furniture, fittings and bathrooms.

Guests can expect feature bedheads and lighting, fresh new artworks, linen sofas and slick luxury bathrooms featuring Nero Marquina floors, rich timber vanities and shelving with concealed LED and jet black stone.

The 11 new penthouse apartments have a New York loft appeal in a palette of rich natural timber and black granite with olive green accents and grey metallic finishes conveying a sense of elegance and luxury. The kitchens create an inviting sense of space, encouraging both functionality and entertainment so guests can feel at home mixing drinks or preparing a meal for friends and family. High-end finishes such as timber panelling, bronze detailing, integrated cupboards and concealed lighting add to the overall effect of luxurious modern spaces perfect for travellers seeking something special.

The swimming pool area has a new entertainment terrace, with outdoor furniture providing plenty of comfortable spots to take in Melbourne’s city skyline. The tiles take their inspiration from Rio’s iconic Ipanema Beach, creating a geometrically bold pattern with contemporary appeal.

The new look Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne sets the stage for TFE Hotels’ continued expansion into the Melbourne market, with four exciting hotels in the pipeline, each of which will also have a focus on design and “placemaking”, the art of creating curated precincts that form a destination in themselves.
