The APAC Revenue Management Summit was held last week at Rydges Melbourne for the accommodation industry and was an outstanding success, according to organiser Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA) Managing Director, Melissa Kalan.

Supported by HM, the APAC Revenue Management Summit was attended by over 170 delegates from across the region and supported by over 20 partners.

“Both delegates and partners found the event to be very successful,” Kalan said.

The APAC Revenue Management Summit is the largest education focused conference in the region for revenue/yield management professionals and organisations.

“Thank you for an excellent two day event, great speakers, market leading vendors and there is no doubt we are taking a lot more than we had expected before coming… can’t wait for next year,” one delegate said.

Kalan said delegates were treated to a range of carefully crafted revenue management workshops and breakout sessions led by leading industry experts, including fascinating insights from the Cruise industry.

She said the Summit once more featured a thriving market place and flexible pricing catering to a range of customer wants and needs.

“Wow, it has been the most thought provoking content I’ve seen at a conference in a long time,” another delegate said “Last year was good, this year was on the next level. The speakers were fantastic, vendors fantastic, the venue (Rydges Melbourne) was amazing and the catering was awesome.”
