Maleny Manor has been listed for sale for the first time in over 23 years, providing an opportunity to acquire one of Australia’s most awarded wedding venue.

CBRE Hotels agents Hayley Manvell and Wayne Bunz have been exclusively appointed to market the asset via an Expressions of Interest campaign on behalf of prominent businessman Geoffrey Thomas.

“It is with great sadness that I am listing Maleny Manor for sale, as I am living in the United States I don’t have the time to visit as much as I would like to,” said Mr Thomas.

Maleny Manor is situated just over an hour from Brisbane in the Sunshine Coast hinterlands. It occupies a large, 11.42ha estate, offering stunning hinterland and ocean views.

Ms Manvell noted that the campaign was expected to attract extensive interstate and offshore buyer interest.
