Far East Hospitality’s CEO, Arthur Kiong, says the company has significant plans across the region, including a desire to the launch the Oasia brand into Australia and Vibe across Asia.

Kiong told HM on camera in Singapore last Friday (Nov 6) the move is on the back of the rise of the mid-market traveller, a segment that is showing significant potential.

In the interview, he spoke about the destinations targeted for expansion, including Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore, and where Far East’s and joint venture partner TFE Hotels’ brands fit in.
