What’s Nespresso’s strategy in the hotel accommodation or on-premise sector?
Nespresso’s commercial solutions are designed to meet the requirements of some of the world’s foremost hotels and restaurants. Nespresso is focused on providing the highest quality in cup experience for guests whether at a conference, breakfast, in-room or when dining in the establishment’s restaurant or bar.
Nespresso has agreements with international luxury chains such as Hilton Worldwide, Shangri-La, The Park Hyatt and Sofitel and with local boutiques and world-class resorts such as QT Hotels and Qualia.

Tell us about the use for Ristretto Intenso in this sector or the on premise sector.
The new Ristretto Intenso gives hotel and restaurants the option to serve a full-bodied Grand Cru, with an intensity of 12. This new Grand Cru, a permanent addition to the range, will be especially relevant for all occasions guests are looking for a more intense coffee – i.e. breakfast, during conference or post meal.
The Nespresso Professional coffee range now comprises nine different Grands Crus across four families of Ristretto, Lungo, Espresso and Decaffeinated coffees, catering to every taste and preference.
