Inspired by Rick and Sarah Stein’s travels around the globe, guests at Bannisters in Mollymook, on the New South Wales South Coast, can now enjoy al fresco fun with the addition of new lounge pods and bar alongside Rick Stein at Bannisters restaurant.
Taking its cue from the wall of Turkish tiles in Bannisters new restaurant lobby, the bar continues the theme with white stucco organic lounge pods. Combine this with expansive ocean views, and guests have a great place to chill-out on a warm balmy evening with a glass Veuve Clicquot, ice cold beer or cocktail.
The overall look is contemporary, beach-inspired and eclectic, according to the Steins.
Bannisters features 32 luxury guest rooms with ocean views, an in-house day spa, wet-edge pool and cocktail bar and Rick Stein at Bannisters restaurant.
The new bar is open from 5pm on Saturday nights to 19th December and then 11am-9pm every day to 28th January.
