The business events market remains a key segment for Virgin Australia, according to the airline’s Chief Customer Officer, Mark Hassell.

Speaking exclusively on video to HM at the 2014 Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) in Cairns this week, Hassell said business events and corporate travel was a major reason why the airline underwent the change from a budget to a full-service airline.

On the video, he also spoke about the new marketing campaign with Tourism Australia and much more.
