Hilton Hotels and Resorts has been named Hotel Of The Year in New Zealand by Roy Morgan Research and ranked number one in customer satisfaction for travel and tourism companies.

Throughout 2013, Roy Morgan Research surveyed more than 12,000 consumers across New Zealand. Based on their responses, each month Roy Morgan Research awarded the hotel, domestic airline and international airline with the highest proportion of satisfied customers.
