Fraser Suites Perth, the first 5-star all-suite apartment hotel to be built in the city in over a decade, officially opens its doors this month.
The 19-storey property in East Perth is the 3rd opening in Australia for Frasers Hospitality and features 236 five-star residences.
Frasers Hospitality General Manager Australia, Matthew Rubie, said Fraser Suites Perth embodies the company’s determination to deliver personalised quality service and distinctively modern and luxurious interiors.
Styled by award-winning interior design company RLD, he said the property features sophisticated and stylish spaces that are creative and eye-catching but also practical and functional with luxurious fabrics and custom designed contemporary furnishings.
“The opening of Fraser Suites Perth is in line with our strategy to establish a strong foothold in Australia’s key cities and we are delighted that it is joining our portfolio,” he said.

The property offers various types of accommodation – Deluxe and Executive studios and Deluxe and Premier one-bedroom apartments which can be easily connected to create two-bedroom apartments.
Designed for comfort and practicality, the studio apartments feature a bright, fresh interior décor with muted tones and harmonious colours, and are equipped with work desks, kitchens, state-of-the-art home entertainment systems. Some also have balconies. What’s more, the property boasts chic bathrooms with designer amenities and high-speed free WiFi, a standard across the group.
The apartments are complemented by a pool, sauna and 24-hour gym, as well as a fashionable bar and The Dining Room restaurant offering al fresco dining.
In addition, business travellers are catered for at Fraser Suites Perth with a range of configurable meeting rooms.
The launch of Fraser Suites Perth follows the grand opening of Fraser Place Melbourne in October 2012.
The special introductory rates at Fraser Suites Perth start from $245 per night for a studio residence and $270 per night for a one-bedroom apartment.
