Carlson’s Chief Branding Officer Gordon McKinnon says the refresh of the company’s Radisson brand making strong progress.

Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at Carlson’s recent Full Service Brands Conference in Chicago, Illinois, McKinnon says the refresh isn’t just about the physical properties, but getting the service right.

In the interview, McKinnon speaks about what’s involved with the refresh of Radisson, including new technology offerings such as check-in kiosks, as well as the growth of Radisson Blu.
