Quest Serviced Apartments has opened Quest on Franklin, its seventh property in South Australia, today (Apr 9), significantly increasing the extended stay accommodation available for Adelaide’s growing number of business visitors.

Quest Serviced Apartments Chairman, Paul Constantinou, said the decision to build was based on the city’s emerging national standing as a major business destination.

“Demand in Adelaide for Quest’s style of extended stay accommodation is driven by the CBD’s growth as a key hub to do business,” he said. “Other market drivers include the many international-standard health and education facilities and the city’s growing reputation as a centre of excellence for bioscience.

“Added to this, South Australia is positioned exceptionally well for increased business growth, with its wealth of resources and industries such as mining, manufacturing, aerospace and aviation.”

Quest on Franklin’s studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are equipped with kitchen facilities, Foxtel, LCD TV and WiFi. Guests have access to conference facilities and Quest services such as pantry shopping, dry cleaning, restaurant charge-back, baby-sitting booking and business administration.

The property is the first joint venture for Franchisees Charlene Ackland and Peter King, who both have extensive experience within the Quest network at other locations.

“We are extremely excited to bring our knowledge gained from our collective prior experience within the Quest network.

“We look forward to working closely with our neighbours as we cement our position as the leading accommodation option for business travellers in the area,” King said.
