Accor Asia Pacific has sold The Sebel Mandurah in Western Australia for AUD$15 million.

According to CBRE Hotels, which sold the property on Accor’s behalf, the hotel was purchased by entities associated with FJM Property, a well known Perth company with a list of quality hotel properties to their name.

Accor has been retained to manage the hotel for the new owner and will continue to operate the property under The Sebel brand.

The Sebel Mandurah was part of the Mirvac Hotel portfolio which Accor purchased in mid-2012 and the sale of this particular property includes 89 4.5-star hotel rooms and apartments plus an additional six permanent luxury residential strata apartments and parking.

Rob Cross, David Kennedy and Ryan McGinnity from CBRE Hotels were responsible for the sale of this property.
