A family suite at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali

Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali has launched its newly re-configured room categories, following a significant amount of feedback from regular guests.

In recent years, the property has seen the percentage of returning travellers go through the roof and according to the property’s General Manager, Stéphane Varoquier, the changes allow the resort to better be able to cater to specific room requests.

“We are very proud of our high rate of return guests at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali,” he said. “One of the many advantages of this is the relationship we build with our guests and our ability to really understand what they need and what they are looking for.

“With this in mind, we have listened to the needs of both our business and leisure guests and devised new room categories and pricing that will best suit their needs into the future.”

Along with the new room categorisation, which now totals 13 variations, pricing has also been reviewed and the resort is able to offer very competitively priced room and suite options for the business traveler as well as traveling families, who will find the Junior Suites (choice of ground or upper floor) and One Bedroom Suites perfect for their needs. The new room categories will also offer a more diverse selection of room options for group bookings.

In addition to the upgrades, guests can enjoy existing facilities such as free high-speed WiFi connectivity in all rooms and public areas, the Tea Tree Spa, state-of-the-art conference and meeting spaces, ENVY restaurant and beachfront lounge.
