It’s been just over a year since the earthquake that devastated Christchurch on February 22, 2011 and Heritage Hotels’ Chief Operating Officer Jeff Shearer says the delays in reopening the company’s hotels has been a frustrating process.

Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at AIME in Melbourne recently, Shearer said the Old Government Building (OGB) wing of the company’s hotel in Christchurch’s Cathedral Square has been delayed from opening again, this time until September 2012.
