SilverNeedle Hospitality announced the appointment of its new Managing Director and CEO, Iqbal Jumabhoy.
An experienced Chief Executive with in depth expertise in a number of industries including banking, real estate and corporate management, Jumabhoy has served on the boards of listed companies in the United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Rendezvous Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the Straits Trading Company which owns and operates hotels in Singapore, China, Australia and New Zealand.

SilverNeedle Hospitality, which currently manages over 4,000 keys in the Asia-Pacific region, aims to expand its network to over 10,000 keys by 2016.
